1/2" Channel Balances

Numbers on the back of balances: 14 5 GX CMC 11. Sorry, the handyman removed the balances before I could take pictures of them installed. The balances measure 15" metal to metal, 16" plastic tab to tab. The balances are 17 years old. The string with the hook on the left-side window balance broke suddenly when I opened the window.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-15, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-15, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 1450 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!

Casey, thank you very much for your help. Are all sales final or could I return the order if I find I selected the wrong balances and exchange for the correct balances?
