I'm trying to figure out which channel balance I need for my sash windows. I've attached the photos.
They are 30" with the marking 2940 on them. I'm not sure which series (cl/1_2-inch-Wide-Channel-Balances) I should be ordering.

Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement balance for you to look at, I just need a bit more information regarding your bottom shoes. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 and note their depths. They are 1-3/32" and 1" deep respectively. Which one do you think more closely matches your shoe? This will help us determine what Series you have.
