1/2" Wide Channel Replacement Balances

Question

Hello,

I was looking at your 1/2" Wide Channel Balances cl/1_2-inch-Wide-Channel-Balances to replace a broken one in my son's room. The length of the original is 26.5" (please see photo 3 for stamp) I see that you don't offer half sizes? So I was wondering if I could just get away with a 26". I was also hoping you could look at photo 1 and 2 to help me match up the top and shoe.

Thanks for posting! First, can you confirm that you're only measuring the metal channel? It's important that you do not include the nylon attachments in your measurement.

Can you also confirm whether your shoe is our 15-004 or 15-005? Just by eyeballing it, I'd say you have our 15-004, but I want you to confirm just in case. Look at the image below to see the difference.

If you do have a 26.5" balance with a 15-004 shoe, then we can make it for you. It will just have to be a custom order.
