I need to replace the damaged window balance shown in the attached photos. Using your website, I believe I eliminated all but the 385 1/2" Wide Window Balance.
The specifications on the pictures of the window balance I sent are:
Top guide is "winged" which I believe is your 19-005
Bottom guide is "winged" and measures 1 3/32" which I believe is your 15-004
The metal frame rail measures 26" from tip to tip, excluding the guides
I weighed the window at 18.3# so the markings on the metal frame rail 25 3 match the window weight of 18- 19 lbs.
Please confirm which window balance I need so I can order the needed replacement window balances.
