Hello, I am having trouble identifying what the bottom shoe depth for my window balance replacement part should be. It is not clear to me if I should be using the measurement that goes all the way out to the tip of the wing or prior to it where the shoe meets flush with the track. I have attached some pictures with the hope that an expert can help me identify what my proper shoe depth should be so we can determine the correct replacement part to order. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us. When measuring the bottom fitting, you need to measure the entire depth of the plastic. The point of measuring these is to make sure they can actually fit in the track properly, so the full size is necessary.
Reviewing your photos, yours appears to be a match for the 1-3/32" version. I would therefore suggest the Series 385 balance.
