Hello- I need 2 of these. I do not see any markings on these or the window frame.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see the fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel to narrow down your replacement options.

There is a stamp partially visible in your photos but it is quite faded. I would recommend checking the balance on the opposite side to see if the stamp is legible. If not, you'll need to weigh your window sash to choose the correct strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me.I hope this helps. I waved the window it weighs 7 pounds it's a 20/30 single hung bathroom window

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-12 or S385-12, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
