This is for a non-tilt window. Provided bottom and top of balance in photos and the balance measures 22"

Thanks for the additional photos. Although, since the balance is still installed in the window, it is difficult to see whether the balance has wingless attachments or winged attachments. Can you confirm?
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Here are the balances from the window. One is marked 2130 and one 2120. I hope you can see the "wings" on the balances. Do I go with both as 2130 or 2120?

You'll need the S395-22 Channel Balance. If both of the stamps were removed from the same window, you'll need to weigh the sash to determine the correct one for the replacments.
A 2120 stamp will support a sash weighing 8 to 12lbs and a 2130 stamp will support 12 to 15lbs.

Did you round up or down? If the sash weight is exactly 12lbs, I suggest using the 2120 stamp option.

Actually went and weighted the window again. It's 14 lbs.
