1/2" channel balances for non tilt windows stamped 2740

Question

I have my choice narrowed to the series 380 or series 385.What is the difference between the 15-005 and the 15-004 bottom shoe. My channel balance is 28" in length and the top and bottom plastic pieces are the same color (white) if this means anything. The pictures are from my cell phone. I hope you can see them. the number stamped on the channel is 2740.
