1/2 inch, Non-Tilt Window Channel Balance

Question

I am trying to replaced a few window channal balances in my house and I am having difficulty identifing the exact replacement balance. I have Kinco windows and my house was built in 2003. The balance is 1/2" by 30" long and the windows are non-tilt. The only markings on the balance is as follows: 29 6 IW CMC 11

If you could provide me with any assistance in purchasing a replacement balance, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Tim

Hi Tim,
Your balance has the fittings: 19-005 Top and 15-004 Shoe which is our series 385 replacement balance.

The only thing we need now is the weight of the window sash. Please remove the window sash and place it on a scale to get the weight in pounds so we can determine the proper stamp option.
