1/2 inch Wide Channel Balances

A home owner from Voorhees, NJ says:

I need several window balances but cannot quite identify which series that I need. Can you help?

It is a 21" balance and it has a 2020 marking on it. Please let me know if this helps.

Looks like SWISCO balance series 390.
Here is a product code link to get you started, choose stamp option 2020:
