1/2 inch wide 28" long Hallmark Window Channel Balance

No stamp on part number on original window. I believe it is a 380 or 385 but can't be sure. Is there anywhere else to look for a part number?

You won't find a part number anywhere on your window that tells you what Series balance your window uses. You will need to compare physical attributes, specifically the style and size of the nylon caps on either end. Our site has detailed dimensions for these parts that you can use as a reference.
