12 inside pull and 13/23 pull outside

I ordered the patio sliding glass pulls it was #82-008 mine number is 12 inside pull and 13/23 pull outside it did not up with my door coud tou suggest a different hope you can help me out

I'm not sure what to recommend without seeing your old handle. Can you send a photo? Also, how far apart are the screw-holes that mount the handle?
