1/2 wide, 29 1/4 long

Question

No numbers visible on the channel. I have 4 windows that have the balancers that have shot out the top of the window. Might just need the plastic pieces on the top?

Thanks for posting. Yes, when the channel balances shoot past the sash like this, it's because the Top Sash Guides, the nylon blocks in the top corners of the sash that keep the balances aligned with the window, have broken. We can help replace yours, but we'll need you to remove an undamaged one and send us photos of it from the front and side. We'll do our best to ID it from there.
