1/2 wide channel balances for non tilt windows

Question

Hello, My name is Marcos, and I'm looking for replacement 1/2 wide channel balances which are 27 inches in length for my bedroom windows. The items appear the match the following items in your catalog to choose from #SB350, #SB380, and #SB385. I'm not sure which one would be the correct one, but the window manufacturer is Milgard windows. I've attached some photos hopefully those help? Look forward to your response.

Hey there. I agree, this looks like either an S380-27, S385-27 or S378-27. The difference between these three balance Series is the depth of the bottom shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. Let us know if you have any issues choosing the stamp option.
