Thanks for posting! The channel balance you have appears to use a plain channel, like our Series 770 Channel Balance and has a 15-043 Terminal Clip attached at the bottom. This will need to be a custom assembly. 

Before we move forward, I'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash. The weight ranges for our stamps slightly differ, so I'd like to ensure we are providing you with the right replacements.

Also, to get the quote made up for you but I'll need to know the number of balances you intend to purchase; there is a quantity minimum of (2) for custom assemblies.
