13" Hinge Set

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS ITEM FOR THE UPPER AND LOWER PART OF MY WINDOW?I ONLY SEE 6 3/4 INSTEAD OF 6 1/4,THANK YOU

The most relevant length is that bottom bar, which is 13". Now, I don't believe the 13" hinge is made anymore, but I think you can use the 36-004-14 14" Hinge Set to replace this. Just be sure to replace both hinges in the window at the same time.
