13" bathroom window channel balances.

A quick learner from Jacksonville, FL says:

In my guest bathroom the window uses 13" channel balances and weighs 17 lbs. Your series 380 channel balance are what will fit but only supports op to 11 lbs.

Any help you provide with the above will be greatly appreciated.
