13 inch window balance non-tilt

A quick learner from Bellevue WA says:

My balance says 13 5 it is a 385 series
how long to make this please.

Simply measure the metal bar to determine the proper length. It may be 14", based on the stamp, but the stamp is a particularly poor way to try to choose a balance length.
