Need a new opener unit. Internal mechanical parts seem all wallrd out. 16 inch arm Anderson opener. I'll also need any required hardware to replace.

Hello there. Our closest match is the 39-332 Andersen Straight Arm Operator, however we measure this mechanism's arm to 14". See the diagram below, and double-check your original measurement to be sure. For a new cover and handle that works with this assembly, see the 39-267 and 39-152, sold separately. Finally, if your window was made in 1995 through 1998, you'll likely need the 39-362 Adapter Plate to install this new setup. Let me know if you have further inquiries.
