Help replacing a Caldwell balance for vinyl window

I am trying to replace a sash balance for a replacement vinyl window. The old balance is missing. I pulled a balance from another window in the same house that is a different size.
The window that I am trying to replace the balance
14 pounds, glass 13"
The window that I pulled a balance from is stamped on it 22 BP Caldwell

Thanks for your patience in this matter. For your sash with a 13" glass, we recommend our S385-13. However since you have a 14 pound sash, it will have to be a special order. I just need to confirm the availability of the spring strength rating you need.

In the meantime, can you confirm that you only need 2, or did you need more?
