Hi,
I need to replace the balances on my bathroom window.
The code on the back of the balance is:
14 2 FX CMC 11
I'm not sure which balances I should order.
The length of the balance is 15".
I have included pictures of both ends, front and back and a close up of the hook.

Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-15 or S385-15 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 1420 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
