Thanks for your post. This window balance is a match for the S378-15, S380-15, or S385-15. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

Our 1420 stamp should work in the window. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 6 to 10lbs.
