Could you please advise the replacement of the photos I attached? There is "14-3 IMX CMC11" printed on the parts but the length (not included the plastic part) is 15 inch.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance can be replaced with either the S351-15 or the S390-15. To determine the correct series, measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

Our 1430 stamp option supports 10 to 12lbs.
