Hi the string connected to the spring broke. Not sure if just string can be replaced. Total length of metal part is 15"

This appears to be either our S380-15 or S385-15 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 1430.
