Stamped with B.S.I 14-2. Pictures of the winged ends are attached.
Guides are 1-3/8" high, 5/8" wide at body, 1-1/8" wide at wings, and screw hole is 1/4" down from the top.
I would need 4 of these balances and I also need assistance with identifying the top sash guide.

I'm less sure about the top sash guide. Please give us a little more time to see if we can track it down. I'll try to get back to you ASAP once we have more information one way or the other.

Hey there, I think I can help. I believe this is an older top sash guide popular in California. I don't believe it's made anymore, but you can look at our 18-009. Check the dimensions to see if this will fit in your window the same way as the original. It doesn't have those bottom horns but that may not matter.
