Take a look at our 36-023HD four bar hinge. Yours looks similar, and I do believe you can use it as a replacement with very little retro fitting. Just keep in mind you will need to replace both the left and right sides so that they work symmetrically.

Looking at your photo, the white painted aluminum piece in the hinge looks like a type of stop. You will need to save it and install it on the new hinges since ours doesn't have it.

Finally, please take note that your hinge is made of aluminum while our 36-023HD is made of stainless steel. It will be a little tougher to drill into it to install that white piece of metal.
