I have what appears to be a 1/4 x 1/2 external corner that the welting continues through in an integrated channel. 2 corners broke so I need a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 24.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! The screen corner you have here is an older, discontinued Bayform corner. We typically recommend the 95-187 Screen Insert Corner as a replacement.

I cannot make any guarantees that it will work but it is well worth considering.

What is the size of the tab that fits inside the metal sceen 1/2 or 3/4?

Those tabs are 9/16" width and 1/4" thick.
