The lock broke on my patio sliding glass door. I need to replace it.

Sure thing! Take a look at our 82-008 and compare our pictures and measurements to your old hardware. I think this may be just what you were looking for.

So, the hardware I received is for the opposite side of the sliding glass door than I need. If I am facing the sliding glass door, the hardware lock that I need is on the right but the one I received is for the hardware lock on the left. Is there a different model number for them?

The 82-008 can work for either a left hand or right hand door interchangeably. You just need to flip the latch hook around.
