We'd be happy to look into this for you but the stamp on the balance channel only indicates the strength of the spring. We would need to see the fittings attached to an undamaged balance removed from the window, as well as the clip at the end of the pulley cord, to research your replacement options. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send you an order link and price quote. 

Great, we just sent over an order link for you to review. Please note that these balances come with 14-7/8" long metal channels and that the bottom fitting has small tabs on the sides. Your shoe does not have the tabs but that shouldn't be a problem. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
