- No hardware on top of sash - the spring was held in with a pin

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that your balance uses a terminal clip at the bottom that is used on the Series 770 channel balance. Please review the overall style to see what you think! The terminal clip attaches to the pivot shoe in the window channel. This balance installs at the top with a screw through the metal. If your attaches differently, please let me know!
