Greetings, my windows use the following Balance:

28" Series 770 Balance
S770-28

We also have ordered the 15-184 Pivot Lock Shoe. It is no longer listed on your site.

Can I use the PIVOT LOCK SHOE, 9/16" THICK Product Code: 15-179 for a replacement.

I'm afraid that old pivot bar is no longer available. You may be able to use our 15-179, but in order to confirm I'd like to see a picture of your old pivot bar. I want to make sure it will be compatible with the 15-179. If it's not, I will find what you could use instead.
