#15-195 balance shoe

Quick Learner from Adams Wisconsin
I ordered some #15-195 shoes last year thinking they were the correct ones.  But our maintenance tried to install them and they are not working.  So he brought me an old one to compare to the new one and there is one significant difference.  If you look at Side 1 in the pictures I have included, there is a solid back on the 15-195.  This makes it too shallow for the pivot bar to go in all the way.  The other thing we noticed was that the 15-195 has the number 15 printed on it and the old ones have the number 10 printed on it.  Can you help me get the #10 shoes with no backing?

Hey there. Sorry to hear the 15-195 T-Lock Shoes didn't work out for you. I believe you needed the 15-195B Open Cam shoes instead. These have the 'open back' that you're talking about. See the dimensions below to ensure it matches your old one, but otherwise this should fulfill the need you're talking about.
