Do you make the 15-236 in an open cam? I ran into this same problem.

At what point does it make more sense to just replace the entire balance?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry the 15-236 style T-lock shoe with an open cam. With that being said, we should be able to supply balances that will work for you but we would need to see your original balance uninstalled, including the clip at the end of the pulley cord and the stamp code on the metal channel. We'll also need to confirm the number of balances that you'll need. Thank you!
