15 4 DR Caldwell balance

Question

Need qty 2 sashes caldwell 15 4 dr caldwell, it appears to have a hook on each that attach to frame, I want to be sure I'm purchasing the right item

Hi, Mary.

Your balance appears to be a match for our S380-16 or S385-16. These two parts look identical at first glance but the important difference is the bottom shoe depth. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. You'll need to measure as shown below to determine the best fit. You will also need the 1540 strength option.
