15" Channel Balance

Sure, this balance appears to match either our S380-15 or S385-15. The important difference between these parts is the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. You'll have to measure yours to confirm the proper replacement. 

It's hard to read the stamp on the metal channel but I believe I see the numbers "14 9". If that's the case, you will need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S380 and S385 store pages to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.
