The markings on the side are 14-5 JG5 CMC 54. The bottom fitting is 1 3/32". The top fitting looks like it matches your #385. The metal channel measures 9/16"x 15". The window weighs approximately 18 pounds. Sorry I don't have pictures.

Hello,

Based on the information you've provided, you might need our S385-15 channel balance with a 1450 strength option but, unfortunately, we can't confirm without seeing a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. If it is the S385, your balance should have wings on the top and bottom attachments, as well as have a depth of 1-3/32" on the bottom attachments. Thank you!
