Thanks for writing in. I agree, this looks like an S380-15 or S385-15. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. This is the distance between the heel and toe of the shoe, beneath and perpendicular to where the metal channel ends. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

For a stamping of "14 3", you would go with the 1430 stamp option that holds a sash weight of 10-12 pounds.

Thanks so much - it looks like a S380-15. Could you please tell me how I figure out the Sash Weight Range? The marking on the side is 14 3 EQ CALDWELL - is that the indicator I need to use?
