15" long spiral balance with 3/8 diameter housing

need help identifying spiral balances I will need to get back to the property to get count but there are at least 7 windows of this style balance with a couple of bigger ones now that I know what I am looking for. Can you help with which style these are?

Hello,

If your balances are from a tilt window, take a look at the 3/8" diameter S900-15. It looks like your balances may have red tips, which would correspond to the red tip option for the S900-15. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!

No these are for non tilt window and yes they are red 15" in length with 3/8 diameter. I am able to determine every thing other than style from page Non Tilt Window 3/8" Diameter Tube Balances : SWISCO.com I included close up of attachment point

The spiral tip shown in your photos matches the S900 for tilt windows. Could you show us the part in the window the spiral end attaches to when installed? That would help us confirm the type of balance you need.

Perfect! Your photo shows a pivot shoe, which is exclusively used in tilt windows and allows the pivot bar in the bottom corners of the sash to tilt inward for cleaning. Based on the photos and dimensions you provided, the S900-15 red tip balances would be the correct replacements.
