Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-15 or S385-15 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 1430 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

You will see a list of options shown on the S385-15 product page. Based on the 14-3 stamp on your balance, you will need to choose the 1430 strength option to support a window sash between 10-12 lbs.
