Part 26-326 appears to be this pivot bar.
Can you tell from that, the manufacturer of windows we have, so I can cross reference other parts?
Trying to figure out if the tilt latches you have on that page are correct for my windows
Also do you have these weephole covers, for the same windows?

I agree with the pivot bar and tilt latches you picked out. As long as the dimensions match up, you should be good to go.
We don't have that weep hole cover. Your best bet would be something like our 26-186. You'd have to drill two holes for it to plug into, but the good news is that it can work for pretty much any weep hole.
We can probably replace that pivot shoe in your final picture but I will need to know its thickness and width. You may want to remove yours from the window to get the most accurate measurements.
