I would like to order a replacement handle/lock kit. Kindly advise if the same is available with your company, or where the same can be purchased. The above information was on a gold foil adhesive sticker found on the jam, above the left patio door.

Please start by reviewing the 82-086 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. If you only need a new locking lever, also review the 82-107 latch lever kit.
