16" BSI 1600 channel balance wi does have no names.

Window is small 18"x33 1/2", I have replaced larger windows balanceand these two small windows are no longer moving easily. I have ordered from you before. My name is Patricia

I will need four of these along with the shoes that go with them.

This balance appears to be a match for our S770-16. The stamp is a little peculiar, so you should weigh your sash on a scale and review the chart on the S770-16 store page to confirm the best match.

We sell many shoes that are compatible with this hardware but I don't know what you have. I would require a photo to make a recommendation.
