I'm trying to match up the channel balances to what I've already got installed. Enclosed are pictures and the markings on the old balances. Thanks, Jason.

I'm thinking that I am going to need the 16" Series 385 Channel Balance with option 1520. When I measured the shoe it is about 1 1/16" with some noticeable wear on the sliding surface.

Hello,

Based on your end attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 but if your bottom shoe is over 1" deep, I agree that the S385-16 with a 1520 strength option would be the way to go. As you mentioned, the shoe can wear down a bit over time from rubbing on the window jamb. Thanks for posting!
