Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry a four-bar hinge with a 21" base. Our closest option would be the 36-026HD with a 20-3/8" base shown below.

Your title also mentioned 16" hinges. If you need those as well, take a look at the 36-024HD. Thanks for posting!
