Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? It appears your balance's pulley system is damaged and missing so you'll have to use an undamaged one as a reference. Can you also confirm the stamp printed on the metal channel? 

Thank you for confirming! We can help with this. It will just have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well. The metal channel will also measure 15" so you'll want to make sure yours does too.
