16 inch long 1/2 wide

One of the black parts is broken and one of the bottom almond/white parts is broken. I don't see any part numbers on either of them. The metal channel sash balances says 1520 and then a symbol that looks to be AT in a circle then a trademark symbol then HR. Trying to identify which parts I need to buy to fix the window. Appreciate the help.

I believe your channel balance is our S395-16. Compare to confirm. You'll need a stamp option of 1520. For the Top Sash Guide, see if our 18-009 matches up. This replacement lacks those bottom tabs, but we don't believe they really matter much, so if the dimensions otherwise align, we think it should work for you.
