I need help identifying replacement window channel balances. Here are the details:

- Original stamp: 17 2 KQ CALDWELL
- Channel length: 18 inches
- Channel width: 1/2 inch (across open front)
- Channel depth: 9/16 inch (0.55")
- Top fitting: winged bracket
- Bottom fitting (shoe): triangular with wings, 1 inch depth (heel-to-toe)
- Window sash size: 19.5" x 21.25", double-pane glass
- Estimated sash weight: 20-30 lbs (glass + frame, not weighed directly)

Based on the fitting style and depth, I believe this may be your Series 380 or 385 channel balance, but I'd like your confirmation before ordering, along with the correct weight-range suffix.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
