17 4 JR CALDWELL 18" channel balance

Hello, Please help me gets 2 replacements for my window. It is 18" long, 1/2" wide, marking says "17 4 JR CALDWELL". Thank you.

Hello, thank you for posting,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You will need a 18" balance with a 1740 stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
