17" aluminium chase balancer

Question

I live in community of more than 200 hundred houses with windows still using this kind of chase balancer that may need to replace soon. The number in the balancer is 17 - 1 and 17 - 1 W.

Note: the plastic pieces are used in the top corner of the sliding window.

Please, let me know if you sell these parts and will happily let my neighbors know that information.

Thanks for posting. Please see our Series 377 channel balance and our 18-042 top sash guide. These parts appear to match up to the hardware in your pictures. I would double check the length of your balance's metal channel. Based on your stamp, it should be 18" long, not 17".
