Please let me know what kind of Chanel balance I need to order. There are no numbers shown on the old balances.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-17 or S385-17, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thank you! So it is S380-17, but when I try to order, I am asked what option I need (the 4digit number). Which one should I use?

Thank you. I also need the window lock as shown on the picture. It is 3 inch long. How this product is called?

Sure! So the stamp option represents how strong your spring is, and as a result how much weight it can support. There should be s tamp printed on the original balance that will tell you what to select. If there isn't, or if it's too faded to read, you can weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the weight chart on the S380-17 store page to verify the best option.

As for this lock, my recommendation would be our 90-005.
